Please note that for safety and regulatory reasons, all ammunition and firearm sales are final and cannot be returned once they have left our facility.

Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging and falls within our 30-day return window for non-ammunition products.

Request a Return Authorization

Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the items in a sturdy shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to prevent processing delays.

Ship and Track

Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping method and wait 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be finalized.
